GOD SPEAKING TO THE MANKIND'S CHURCH AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (GSM‑CDA) is a national, non‑profit, non‑governmental humanitarian and development organization headquartered in Juba, Republic of South Sudan. Officially registered on 30 January 2024, the Agency works to improve the quality of life of vulnerable communities through humanitarian assistance, sustainable development, environmental protection, peacebuilding, and community resilience.

Who We Are

A National Humanitarian & Development Agency

GSM‑CDA is a National Non‑Governmental Organization (NGO) based in Juba, Republic of South Sudan. It was officially formed and registered on 30 January 2024.

The Agency serves all people regardless of ethnicity, tribe, religion, gender, age, political affiliation, disability, or social status. Humanitarian assistance is provided solely on the basis of need.

Born Out of a Deep Commitment to Serve

GSM‑CDA was founded by humanitarian practitioners, church leaders, professionals, and community members in response to the enormous challenges facing South Sudan.
