Headquartered in Juba, Republic of South Sudan, GOD SPEAKING TO THE MANKIND'S CHURCH AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (GSM-CDA) was officially formed and registered on 30 January 2024 as a national non-governmental organization (NGO).
GSM-CDA was founded in response to the increasing humanitarian, social, economic, environmental, and development challenges affecting communities throughout South Sudan—including armed conflict, displacement, flooding, drought, disease outbreaks, food insecurity, economic instability, and the adverse impacts of climate change.
The Agency serves all people regardless of ethnicity, tribe, religion, gender, age, political affiliation, disability, or social status, ensuring that humanitarian assistance is provided solely on the basis of need.
